The Licensing Commission of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, has issued a license to Marex Elektrostroj, allowing it to receive the students for educational exercises, required for the title Master Locksmith20.11.2019.

In the context of globalization and demands for maximum business efficiency, involvement of the entities of economy (company and craftsmen) in the education of students – proved to be of an absolute importance. On-the-job tutoring, contributes to the vocational training of young people, and raises their self-management in the business environment. For the same reason, the Croatian legislator introduced the possibility of apprenticeships, that is, a long learning period that alternates time that person spends in the workplace, and in an educational institution. Therefore, it became possible for the student to be contractually bound with an entity of economy, receiving compensation for its work, while entities are responsible for trainings – leading the student to the improvement of his knowledge in the particular profession.

Marex Elektrostroj has satisfied all prerequisites, in the form of equipped workshops, the provision of hygiene and technical measures in work and environmental protection, as well as the prescribed sanitary standards.

In addition, the company has invested in the education of three of its employees who, by attending external workshops and lectures, have passed and obtained Certificates of the Master's Exam in the profession of locksmith – employees who will lead apprenticeship. Consequently, Marex Elektrostoj successfully obtained the license of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, allowing it to receive the students for educational exercises and tutoring, required for the title Master Locksmith.

With this voluntary participation in education, Marex Elektrostroj, in line with the vision of its leading people, makes a step forward in regard to becoming more socially responsible entity of economy, through the achievement of well-being for the wider community, with an emphasis on society’ youngest members.
